It would look as though Jericho is gone for good. I have started seeing many of the cast in other projects. I saw Stanley on criminal minds a couple of weeks ago and Esai Morales has signed on for Capprica the prequel to Battlestar Galactica. It is heart breaking to think so much junk gets to stay and nobody in this country wants to engage in a show. Lost, really, this show that does nothing but jerk its fans around by changing the primary vision of the show as soon as everyone figures it out passes for engaging television? King of the hill murdered in the ratings due to foot ball is still on the air I do not know anyone who is watching this. The only thing I can hope for is a family guy style return in a year or two. My question on that is will it still be relevant at that time. This is the perfect time for Jericho. We are questioning not only our place in the world but our patriotism. This is as show that makes us look at what it means to actually be an American, what it actually means to be a patriot. I know. It is only a TV show. However shows like this do not come along very often. M*A*S*H* is a prime example of a show looking at the world around itself and forcing us, as a nation, to look at that world and make decisions about ourselves. West wing made politics popular. Before west wing politics were a joke. Now everybody thinks they are a constitutional scholar because they watched a season or two of west wing. I understand occasionally shows must be sacrificed to the TV gods so that others may live. It is with much anguish that I feel we must let this show go. 

We had a writers strike last season and now it is starting to look like an actors strike is coming. I think as a group, as a nation, our voices need to be heard. The ballot box is so convoluted anymore that the people's voice is not heard. I say lets make our stand this fall. Let's stand up and say we are not watching TV anymore. Boycott the fall season for all networks. Show the actors, writers, and anyone else involved playing make believe for living that actually runs the business. The viewers. They all need to quit their whining. A full fall season boycott will hit them where it hurts. With out accurate numbers for November sweeps they can not justify ad dollars. With out ad dollars they can not survive. Power to the people!! Just say no to TV!!! Viva la revolucion!
