LOST ends.. what a season!

Season 4 capped off thursday night with jam packed episode of survival, sacrafice, and of course more questions to answer. Watching this season finale i almost couldn't enjoy it as much as i usually do because it seems like now more than ever LOST is finally getting to that ending point where the show is gona come to a conclusion. I've been one of Lost's most loyal fans since the get-go and it's going to pain me when it does leave the air after 6 seasons of the best television i have ever watched. I feel so privlaged to be around this ground breaking series as it has attempted to entertain us soo much while all we have to do is sit back and enjoy it. I want to say thanks to everyone that is a part of the show and for four great seasons so far.

Anyway as to the conclusion of season 4 i would first like to applaud the writer who decided to put in the best Lost fight scene ever when macho men Sayid and Keamy duked it out. This s**t was awsome! Straight out of a Jason Bourne movie, i have seen alot of action movies in my days so i know a good choreographed fight when i see one. Way to kick a** Sayid!

Island moving! : Well this kind of blew my mind when the whole island kind of vanished out of thin eyes. I wrote a whole thesis paper about science fiction and i grew up watching Star Trek and show like Farscape (i miss Farscape sooo much!) but even i cant really seem to explain this sci-fi weirdness. Apparently the Orchid station doesnt really move objects but just teleports them in time which would mean that technically the island is still in the same place it always has been, but either in the past or the future, im not sure.  Im wondering if the old communications complex was still up and running where ole eye patched dude lived, i wonder if they were able to get some sort of news feed it would probably be able to tell them what time dimension they are actually in. Too bad though, damn you John Locke!!

Jeremy Bentham? Say what?! : So we were introduced to this man in the beginning of the episode named Jeremy Bentham who seemed to be in contact wiht each of the O6. We then learned that this isn't some new character but an alias of none other than man of faith John Locke. Who we see in the coffin as Jack breaks into the place where John's coffin was being held. What a loop that threw me for! I thought it was going be even crazier the way they were building it up i thought it was going to be Jack in the coffin, from another life maybe? (I'll see you in another life brotha) But at this funeral place Jack is met there by Ben of all people to tell him that Locke is right in that not just Jack but everyone who got off the island has to go back. For things got bad there once he left, it was Jack's destiny as Locke said for him to come to the island and i guess it's also his destiny to remain there to keep the island in tact? We will find out soon..

A couple more things:

  • Jin i think is still alive, they cant end his life like that, it has to be by fighting to the death or taking a bullet for Sun. And he still needs to perfect his english!!

  • As for Michael he might be dead, but when Christian Shepard showed up along with the whispers this freaked me out again. Maybe Christian is taking Michael back to the jacop shack where he can hang out with all the other dead people like creepy Clair. I still really want to find out the whole deal with Jack's dad! It's eating me away i need the truth!

  • Im content with my man hood but id like to say that i have been waiting for the Penny-Desmond reunion for awhile and it teared me up inside and outside to finally see those two find each other. Desmond is one of my favorite characters on the show and it would of hurt me if he never got the chance to see his one and only love one more time. Cheers Des!

I think that's all i got, i read Doc Jensons article and damn he knows alot of s**t yo. I wish i could be that insightful someday. Of coure id also have to be crazy too. Oh and Doc was able to translate that phone conversation Kate had and i knew when i watched it the second time that it was someone talking backwards. So props to me!! It said something like "Kate you have to go back to the island" something of that nature. Nothing too big if you missed it. So i guess this is good bye. It has been my pleasure writing these blogs about something i truly love. And i will be sure to return next year when season 5 begins!! Please feel free to shoot me any comments or questions because it makes me soo happy when someone does, i like when my work is appreciated. So my brothers and sisters i will see you in another life?!! (By the way i loved when Jack repeated Desmonds favorite line back to him, nice!)

Namaste!
