By now, Lost fans know that Kate is going to get off the island with baby Aaron on board posing as her own son. Personally, I knew it was coming when they kept featuring Claire and Aaron in the island scenes with Kate. Seriously, Claire rarely gets this much screen time in a non Claire-centric episode. Besides, it's ironic that Kate doesn't how to handle Aaron yet she becomes his (adopted) mother.
Anyway, Sawyer was right when he said that Kate would get caught as she got off the island. She was brought before court to hear her phonebook list of charges to which she plead shockingly not guilty. This is very unlike Kate who is open about what she did. But, she got 10 years probation as long as she STAYED in the state. That's right, ladies and gentlemen, Kate is staying somewhere instead of running. Adopted motherhood certainly has changed Kate. This is hands down her best centric episode, in my opinion.
So, TVFans, who is/are the remaining member or members (I know there are raging debates about if Aaron is a member or not) of the Oceanic Six? Where the heck is Michael? Does Kate's future include a certain well-read Southern con man?

What do you think about Aaron's age? I mean he looked like a 2 year old. I'm bothered by what happens to Claire but this bugging me more.

I think he looks like he is either two or three. I think this is suppose to happen in 2008, because Kate's mom said something like "They have been saying I have had six months to live for the past four years.) Wasn't Kate's mom sick right before she got caught by the marshall? Also, I am very worried about Claire. Hopefully, she doesn't get murdered.

I agree that he appears to be 2 years old. As we have learned, nothing is as it appears on this show.

What I'm not sure of is whether the rest of the world thinks it is Kate's birth child or if they know that someone else gave birth to Aaron and she became the adopted mother (is that even legal?).
If she is passing it off as her own child, wouldn't people (especially law enforcement, i.e. the marshall and his people) have known that she was preggers, wouldn't she have been showing just as much as Claire was before the flight?
Or am I just looking too much into this, like I do with everything else LOST-related?

there is obviously a time thing with the island that screws things up, so that could affect Aaron's age. Remember the experiment that the guy did with the missles?

Ok, imdb is not nearly as awesome as I thought-I just tried to cheat and look up the actor who played Aaron's age and it's not listed. Boo.
