I don't know how The Golden Compass wins over Transformers. In Transformers, the creators had to account for every single moving part of the machines (from 500-1,000) during the transformations, no matter how small. It took almost 40 hours from ILM to render EACH FRAME. How does a talking ferrett compete with that?
