So they are singing songs from their ages ... anyone else not really love this theme? Or are you just terrified by the fact that "little" David Archuleta was born in 1990 and how old that makes you feel?

E: No color in the top 10 wardrobe, strange.

J: Ramiele is in the dreaded "first spot." Hopefully it will be a sign of things to come ... bye bye.

Singing Heart's "Alone."

J: Again, what is the tiny one wearing. It looks like she has on her Dad's fishing clothes.

E: She is being out sung by her back up singer. Make her get off the freaking stage.

E: I like the part where it ended.

Randy says not the right song choice, Paula once again says she has a big voice (What is she listening to?), Simon says not that bad and if she survived last week she will survive again.

E: Waaah. Waaah. She's sick. Whatever.

J: I am for once not completely rooting for Kristy Lee to go home, Ramiele has worn out her welcome in my opinion.

J: Her voice went "bye-bye," just like my little brother got a "boo-boo." Grow up.

It's Jason Castro's birthday! He must do well!

J: E. had just pronounced her desire to marry him. You and me both missy.

Singing ... oops we were distracted by the baby pictures.

E: I'm not sure this was the right song.

J: I don't think the foreign languages are working for him.

Randy likes the song choice, (It was Sting evidently) Paula says a bit safe, Simon says bad week No. 2 and that Jason needs to take things more seriously.

E: I disagree that he's not trying. But I didn't love it and that's weird.

J: "Yeahhhh" wasn't the most convincing response to "Are you taking this seriously?"

Syesha Mercado still has a creepy, skin crawling baby crawl. Singing "If I Was Your Woman?"

J: So she's the same age as Ramiele, but twice as mature.

E: I have a feeling this is about to get amazing.

E: We have seen the return of the full-fledged Hollywood Week Syesha Mercado.

Randy says the best she has ever sounded and he is shocked, "Balzin' hot." Paula says this is going to be the moment where Syesha flipped it. Simon says the best so far, but only three in.

E: Simon's wrong.

J: i agree it was a good vocal, but I'm still not sure if I'm hooked.

Chikezie says his song resonates deeply with him. I hope it turns out to be the right choice.

J: I love his parents. "We told him to focus on education ... until we saw that golden ticket, then we knew, oh, he can really sing."

Singing "If Only For One Night."

E: Smooooooooth.

J: I'm surprised I liked it. I prefer jumping around stage, country crooner guy.

Randy says too old-school and boring, Paula disagrees and Simon says sung well, but cheesy.

E: I hate that I agree with Paula.

J: I'm just surprised we could understand her.

E: How can Simon fault him for playing to the audience when they are the ones that plant those squealing irritants.

Brooke White sings Police after the break. We are intrigued.

E: She's the oldest of four, just like me!

J: And me!

Singing "Every Breath You Take."

J: Oh dear, she flubbed the first word.

E: I still really like it, I'm just sad she missed that first note. This song doesn't seem to condense well.

Randy didn't love the arrangement. Paula likes it better than last week. E: She just really wants to get off the stage right now.

Simon and Randy agree, again! Simon says good enough for another week.

J: Are they saving Kristy Lee for last, because I just need to get it over with? E: I'm confused. They keep saying "most talented season ever," but I am let down right now.

J: I agree it feels like we've hit a midseason slump. We need to get back the power and excitement of the "Imagine" and "Hallelujah" caliber songs.

E: I know. I'm just bored. They should have kept my David here. (The stripper one).

Michael Johns singing "We are the Champions."

J: Another good call for Idolatry.

J: E. is fist pumping in excitement.

E: That kicked so much ****. FINALLY.

J: And I think Michael Johns is back.

Randy says finally, finally, finally; Paula says right song and promises to shut her mouth! Simon says he saw star potential for the first time.

E: Hell yes!

J: I am in love again. Thank goodness I am going to Australia in four months!

J: Carly is a virgo and reads books! Me too.

Singing "Total Eclipse of the Heart"

E: Carly is flipping off all those who let her fall into the bottom three with this song.

J: She still feels a little bit desperate, like she is clawing to stay in the competition.

Randy liked it not loved it, Paula speaks in fragments, Simon says to tense something not quite right.

J: I feel like she's wearing a funeral outfit and is always on the verge of tears now.

E: Yeah, but she can't buy a compliment from Simon. She better not be in the bottom three again.

David Archuleta mentions missing prom and girls freak out.

E: Yep may vomit.

J: I love that he looks no different in his baby pictures than he does now.

Singing ... uh ... something.

J: Oh dear, it's music about the world needing help and us all being brothers and sisters or something. I feel like I'm at church.

E: And not in the positive religious experience way.

J: So that barrel of a gun he was talking about, could I use it.

Randy says strange song choice, but still very nice, Paula says something about a phonebook, Simon doesn't like it.

J: I'm disappointed. I feel like he was trying to convert me with that song. Scary.

J: Kristy Lee was born in Seattle. Don't taint my hometown, dang it!

J: Wait KLC's brothers used to beg her to stop singing. Isn't that what we do every week?

J: S-O-B! KLC picked a good song for her this week. She's so not going home now.

E: Good for her for not sounding awful, but who would buy that on a pop album?

J: Like we said last week, she's a gosh darn cockroach.

Randy says good, Paula says voice stronger, Simon says her best performance for a mile and most clever song choice in years.

David Cook closes the show and the worst baby picture ever comes on the screen.

Singing "Billie Jean."

J:I'm feeling the sultriness.

E: I loved every second of that. And it's the first week I've actually loved him.

Randy says most original contestant ever, "Molten blazin' hot." Paula "I can't sit" Abdul says he is smart. Simon says that was brave and amazing.

J: So the surprises of the night for me were Michael Johns and Syesha Mercado. And I loved David Cook and Brooke, despite the rocky start.

E: Ramiele should be going home, but Chikezie should be worried.

J: What about the question we named the post? Idol Tour: worth it?

E: No, the few we like aren't worth sitting through the ones we don't.

E.'s mom said David Cook was the best, Ramiele was the worst, but she still loves "little" David.
