I'll Confess That I'm Watching...

All My Children!  This daily delight (at least some of the time) has put some naughty thoughts in my head.

I was drawn back in by the return of the Angie/Jesse reunion, but have stayed in spite of it.  Jesse's constant over-dramatic protests that he was endangering others went on too long--not the actor's fault.  Bad writing!  But Jesse and Tad are still cute as buttons.  And Angie's looks--especially those dimples!--have improved.

Ryan and all that little group can all go to hell as far as I'm concerned.  They act like those "hives" of lesbians--everyone switching partners all the time.  Nevertheless, I'm sincerely crushing on Zach--rugged looks and that "Daddy" thing.  I'd like to see Greenlee more as well--her character seems to have the potential to be a real manipulative ****.

Finally, there is Erika.  Wow!  I had forgotten how much fun she was to be around.  That Susan Lucci is quite the trouper.

I'd like to end with the hookups I crave that should add some good drama/sex to the mix:
  • Sam and Jackson go on the DL together.  Their affair begins tentatively at first, with an angry drunken encounter.  For a time, they can't bear to be in the same room with one another.  Gradually, though, because they keep running into each other, their strong attraction propels them into each others' arms.  Sex and guilt ensue.

  • Angie, Jesse, Tad and Krystal find themselves in a very happy and balanced group marriage.  Because Tad has a huge financial setback, Jesse and Angie invite the couple to share their home.  Tad sleeps with Angie and then seduces Jesse as well.  He confesses, sheepishly, to Krystal, who admits to having slept with Angie as well.  The group meet and decide that they should stay together and live happily ever after.

  • Erika and Carmen have a brief but passionate fling.  After having been together on the road for some time, the pair grow closer, especially since Carmen has become Erika's willing pupil.  In gratitude, Carmen plants a big one on Erika, who immediately responds.  The affair lasts until the two "come in from the cold".
