Why do we like Lucy Spiller? This woman invades the privacy of all the other characters. I know this show is really looking at the absurdity of Hollywood and the paparazzi but still why do we like Lucy? She appears to have zero redeeming value. She pushes her staff to extremes. Remember in season one. When Willow was so far down the rabbit hole she didn't even know where she was. From her first meeting with the source in the hotel room all the way through her sordid affair with the now deceased Brent. Lucy even has been running over her long time friend and companion Don Konkey. This woman is driven to destroy anything she likes but we still root for her and I can not figure out why. Dirt is one of the better shows on television these days. Yes it has all the components of sex and drama but the writers seem to understand how to handle the entire season long story line. First two or three episodes wrap last years finally the next few episodes sets up the new season and the last few episodes wrap up the story line while putting together interesting tid bits for the next season. I agree season one was far better than season two, however is this because they know there is a season three? Did we just get a couple of new characters to wet our appetite for season three? Let's hope so. They will never answer my one burning question about this show, because if they answer it I believe that the magic will be gone. WHY DO WE LOVE LUCY SPILLER?!
