My very own Seth Cohen starter pack...

....so in a few weeks will be the next great O.C. weekend at my house. This is where the wife leaves town for a weekend (hands down the most important part of this weekend), I put on my most comfortable pair of pants/shorts (weather dependent) and cozy up to the couch with  whatever season of The OC is currently in rotation.

This has only happened once so far, mainly because previous other weekends were known as "the great OZ/shield/rescue me/sopranos/SATC/videogame of the minute weekend"

I will now be entering the 2nd half of season 2, having left the show on a high note (Rainy Day Woman!) so as to warm in the OC glow for a little bit. This did create some things to ponder for me though. Most importantly, if you were to make your very own "seth cohen starter pack" what would it be?

In Seth's:

1.CD's by Death Cab (Transatlanticism), The Shins (Oh, Inverted World) and Bright Eyes (Not sure which disc).

2. DVD of The Goonies

3. Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon.

So with those guidelines, 3 cds, 1 DVD and one book, how would you sum yourself up to your own version of summer roberts? Below I have mine.

Mine:

1. CD's by Liz Phair (Exile in Guyville only), Camera Obscura (Let's Get Out of This Country) and Sun Kill Moon (Tiny Cities).

2. DVD of Death Proof by Tarantino (note, were I allowed I would include the entirety of Grindhouse, but as it was released as two standalone films, I don't want to break my own rules!).

3. Good Omens by Neil Gaiman (from Sandman fame) & Terry Prachett.

So c'mon all, waste your own days at work by thinking about this....

Clearly a big OC fan here, I will actually have to take a little time crafting my reply.

Can I ask a question though? Why tag with BtVS tags? Although that IS how I found this post it doesn't seem relevant unless I'm missing something.

Well it's a kinda long and really not related, but mainly it got buffy tags only because there's no OC tag for it. Which is really my main complaint with the site...for an all encompassing tv site there are WAY to many shows that don't come up in 'tags'. With the stars I understand a little more because some people's favorite stars are a little more obscure...

And with the new buffy comic i thought since i gave the sandman shout out...told you it was not really related!!!!
