So, as I'm sitting in my dad's den, trying to keep my cool as I learn who the bottom two are, I think Randy had it right on the money when he thought it was a popularity contest this week. Syesha and Carly were the best performers on tuesday night. Jason and Brooke should have been in the bottom two.
After the commercial break, which seemed to go on forever, Ryan still continues to talk to the judges instead of giving the results. Sometimes I wish he would stop asking the judges meaningles things and get to it. Finally, he says "Carly...". As he says this, I cross my fingers, and keep hoping that she is safe, but no. Ryan says, "You are leaving us tonight". When he said this, I couldn't believe what I was hearing! What is wrong with some of these voters? Oh, that's right. All of these young kids are voting for Jason because he's so cute, and adorable! I'm not going to criticize David Archuleta, because that kid can actually sing anything, but I seriously thought that Jason would be going home because I thought people were actaully starting to listen to Simon. I know that I listen to him, and usually agree with him 99% of the time. I admit, that I didn't vote for Carly, because David Cook is still my first favorite and my dad was voting for Carly, but I still hoped she would go further.
Even though Carly should have stayed on the show until at least the top three, I wish her the best and I will be looking foward to seeing her on tour. On itunes, I recently bought a few of the songs she sang and she has an amazing voice! I cannot believe America got it wrong again. I admire Carly for going out with her "head held high" as Simon put it and that she wasn't upset to be leaving the show. Good luck, Carly!

disagree with you. jason gives one bad performance the whole show and you say bottom two. he is slways consistent. he puts more heartfelt into his performances than anyone does on the show. bottom two should have been david a and brooke.

he has actually had another horrible performance. "somewhere over the rainbow" was so boring! david archuleta has always been consistent except for one little slip, during "work it out". he managed to give a better performance on the second beatles week. david cook has been consistent for the whole season.
