Last night we had to say goodbye to a contestant who always gave moving performances. Brooke White was emotional as Ryan gave the results of who would be leaving the show. It's better to have some sort of reaction than none at all, right? I still love Brooke and I believe that she is an honest, and sweet person and I can't wait to see her on tour! I also believe that America got it wrong again and that Jason should have been sent home after his two awful performances the night before. I even read an article right here on ew.com that mentioned how Jason was ready to go home and didn't seem to spend much time rehearsing. I hope people see that article and don't vote for him. My favorite moment of the night was when Simon's childhood friend, Tara, called in and asked if he remembered his kiss with her. Sometimes I wish the idol results shows weren't an hour long. Did we really need two musical acts, plus questions from viewers(which are entertaining sometimes), plus a group performance, plus the results. No wonder everything is so hectic. Next week is rock week. Hopefully it won't be "The kiss of death" week for David Cook.
