Addison is back for an episode to ask the questions we want to ask.  Because if there is anyone I want to play the television version of me, it's Kate Walsh.  She makes my husband want to buy a Cadillac. 

There are big cases on this week's show most involve babies.  It takes a while for Addison to learn of the big breakup between Meredith and Derrick.  She even hugs Meredith.  Really!  She has moved on. 

Derrick and Meredith are working together on the clinical trials of these serious brain tumors.  First case, tumor guy.  He is almost annoying.  I get it, he has a tumor affecting his moods.  But, he is really being obnoxious.   He calls his wife a fine peice of tail.  Real nice.  "It's the tumor talking" is the mantra of the first half of the show.

Izzy is having a rough time adjusting to being a mentor to the interns.  She is having a hard time adjusting to being without George and is offended by his moving on. 

Alex is getting to work with Addison again.  But wait, Rebecca shows up and blurts out she is pregnant with his baby.  Guess what, he doesn't want it.  It's so funny they pick the actor who has four kids in real life to play the "I'm not the Daddy type."  Irony is so fun.

Addison corners Derrick and tells him he is stupid for breaking up with Meredith.  We know.  See, saying what we want to say. I need to mention at least once a week, I don't care for Rose.

Izzy has two patients this week in the clinic.  One an HIV positive woman and her husband who find out they are expecting a baby; then there is crazy Rebecca in all her Fatal Attraction glory.

Now, we have to have some good ABC gore;  a baby born with it's heart on the wrong side of it's little chest.  Mc Steamy grows some skin for the baby and thinks he is playing God.  Maroon 5 croons a song while the mother of the baby  crashes in the O.R.  Fear not, dreary music aside, new Mom makes it. 

There is an underlying plot about Hahn and Cally being a couple.  So, to put any ideas about the way she swings to rest, Cally leaves the bar with McSteamy for some Mcfun. 

Let me wrap this up.  George tells Izzy she is the boss so she proves it.  Tumor guy dies, Derrick and Meredith shake hands.  Addison coins a new nickname for Rose "McRebound", and then tells Meredith not to let him go.  And Dr. Bailey proves she is the best actress on the show. Oh, and Rebecca is not pregnant, she is a liar though.

It was a good episode.  I think they may have, in fact, turned the corner to save this season.  Gosh! McSteamy is hot!
