I watch jericho on sci fi why can't they pick up the show.
I DVR the show so my entire family can watch.
how are the numbers low i know alot of people that love this show.
CBS finally had an excellent and interesting show with a huge amount of diehard fans and they cancel it. Why, to make room for more idotic reality or stupid sitcoms?
Perhaps CBS is bowing to political pressure? The plotlines make quite clear what happens when terrorism is used by bad people to convince people give up their rights. I love this show; so do several of my friends and family. We are very disappointed in CBS for cancelling.
It is beyond me as to why CBS would cancel a show as good as this. MardiGras mentions political pressure. I have to agree with him. Does it have to do with our 2nd Ammendment rights? Wouldn't it be a shame if this truly happened and we as a free(?) people did not have any way to defend ourselves against the guys (terrorists) that did have them?
I doubt it has to do with political pressure. It didn't get the ratings boom CBS anticipated when returning the show (only 6.9 million, which compared to its 12 mil last year is a bad drop), though CBS is partly at fault for not advertising the show better. When CBS's interchangable crime dramas receive much higher tallies, then there's no point on letting Jericho stay. It sucks though, but I'm not surprised.
Shadowhawke, by "2nd Ammendment" do you mean 1st Ammendment? If it's political it has more to do with free speech than the right to keep and bare arms.
Yet another good show cancelled. What a shame, tuned in every week just to watch. Maybe the writers are getting a little too close to what's really happening to this country we call FREE America. Are we really free? If you say the wrong thing they bug your phone, if you do something they don't like they watch your every move. I was born in America and my ancestors were American Indians, but yet you can't watch a TV show unless it's some wacky REALITY because people don't want to think anymore. It's just a shame.

Funny... if people don't watch a show, networks cancel it.
