First of all....he just plain does not deserve her. He's cheated on her...twice...and didn't tell her either time, just admitted the second one when he thought she already knew. If they got back together it would just make Brooke even more insecure and untrusting of men when he broke her heart again. Plus, it would cause Brooke and Peyton to be in a rut again. And if they got together it would mean that Sophia Bush would have to spend more time in uncomfortable situations with her ex-husband who cheated on her, and she doesnt deserve that.

Brooke and Lucas were made to be together. If anybody doesn't deserve Lucas, it's Peyton, who helped him cheat to break her best friends heart. And she definitely initiated the whole thing after the first time.

I definitely prefer Peyton and Jake together to Peyton and Lucas together. I think they pulled the Lucas and Peyton are soulmates thing out of thin air. Lucas just is not worthy of Brooke. He wouldn't do anything but hurt her. And I honestly don't think that she would even bother to give him another try. He's hurt her way too much. He is the main reason why she is so insecure when it comes to relationships. I hope she finds someone who truly deserves her.

But when I go back and watch brucas episodes, it makes me smile! They were so good together. Yes, they had problems, mainly caused by Peyton and Lucas drama, and I honestly don't think there will ever be a brucas again, but I would LOVE it if it came out sometime before the end of the series.

No relationship involving Lucas makes me smile....Jake/Peyton makes me smile....Nathan/Haley makes me smile....Brooke/Owen makes me smile....but he just has a profound way of messing up every single relationship he is in....him and Brooke being the worst because he says that she is his whole world but he sure doesn't act like it....

Yes, Jake and Petyton are meant to be together, Nathan and Haley, definitely, and Brooke and Lucas are another one that goes down in the OTH hall of fame. Once Lucas figures out what in the world he wants, he's fine. And, of course, I'm not defending what he did with Brooke. I am only saying that it is those two who are destined to be together, not Lucas and Petyon. Kind of how the obvious couple in Dawson's Creek was Joey and Dawson, but she ended up with Pacey (that's how I see it). Peyton can be Lucas' Dawson, but Brooke is his Pacey.

at this very moment, brooke and lucas should not get back together. but, i believe that they are soul mates and therefore think that they should... meh... we'll say by the end of this season or after. and as for the sophia bush/chad murray situation, they are being professional about it. is it unfortunate? yes. but if she can deal with it, i think we can, too.

i'd have to agree with scarsandstories....they shouldn't be together at this point, but eventually....
