WOW! I thought for a second that someone was writing my thoughts down as I was recalling them! I too am addicted to David Cook! I will eagerly join the "I never get like this over some reality show boy" club. Every week he gives us these great covers done in such a new, sexy way. He really is the first American Idol contestant that has true talent. Can't we just get him his own 1/2 hour show already! I can't wait to hear his original stuff when the time comes. Hell, he can do covers for the rest of his career and I'd still wait with baited breath to hear them. Not to mention that sexy little smirk he gives when he sings. A couple of those tossed my way and I'd be begging him to play me like that guitar he handles so well.
And the rest of the review was right on! The fuzzy little chicken boy, aka David A., needs to stick to sappy love songs. He never seems to really enjoy any of the up tempo songs he sings. "Sweet Caroline" had no energy or fun to it! Ever been to a Red Sox game? Those fans sing that song with more fun and life than our fuzzy little chick could ever muster.

Another week on the mark, Bitten. If I have to here the baby chicken sing one more song from the playlist of the radio station, "Everyone at work can agree on!" I'll spew my rum and coke all over.
Someone must have told Timex that sex sells, sorry hunny too late. She went from sweet to sexy, party girl in like 2 weeks time. I'll show ya a party girl, as I leave to have DC pour me shots of his choice all night long. Bartenders tend to be really good at more than pouring drinks , and I bet you the trend continues here. That said, she's the last chic up there. She can sing, 'nuff said.
As I felt the chills crawl up my spine I knew Simon had chosen well. The boy's momma was in tears. And the wink to her at the end..that was just at his mom, imagine if he was winking at me...*shakes herself outta daydreams* By the end of the show I was shouting at my husband about how talented Sugar Cookie is! The "Cougars for Cook!" sign sealed the deal. Hook the moms in..your 12 loves the new born baby chick, we have something you can love too...
The detox that will begin after next week will be painful and I might have to sneak some Cook on to my playlist so I can make it through. Hope the hubby is ready to "snuggle" cuz I have things to think about!!
