Matt Damon hands down. Yes, both he and Affleck are incredibly talented writers - in case someone might have forgotten, that is why they each have an Oscar at home. However, Damon is the better actor. In Jason Bourne, he has created an iconic screen character that excites and moves the audience.

Aside from that, his choice of roles has been pretty impressive (and wise) for someone his age.

Furthermore, he has not made a mess out of his private life. No tabloid romance free for all circus!

Now, as a young husband and father, he is seen as a caring family man, yet has managed to remain popular and is seen as a very cool and sexy guy. He can make fun of himself, is humble and smart.

The man rocks! Need I say more?

Yes, we need PBS. As much as I love my country, we need to admit that our lack of cultural knowledge is shocking. Don't believe me? Watch Leno's segment where he questions people on the street about things like recognizing a picture of George Washington.

Not only does PBS has an outstanding block of children's programming (Hello, Sesame Street!), but it brings us excellent musical events, and series like Mystery! and the current one on Jane Austen.

It is a travesty that our current federal administration has cut PBS' funding again so they can funnel more millions into the bottomless pit that is the war chest.

I wish teachers across the country were allowed to use PBS programming in the classrooms. I wanted to use Sesame Street with my Kinder class and was not allowed. Very sad. I grew up with it and I love it!

About: Do we still need PBS?

Martha should have never gone to jail in the first time, but that's another topic.

The woman is very savvy. She wouldn't have made the purchase if she didn't believe she'd make millions.
I imagine that Emeril was happy to get his $50. Thus, he can continue to help revitalize the New Orleans restaurant scene, and assure his financial future in the process. Not that he was poor, but that money is not chump change.

Martha's distribution chain is powerful and she will be able to put Emeril's product line in every home in America, so to speak.

Congratulations to both!

Oops! Sorry about the typo. I meant $50 million, of course.

Too bad you didn't include a picture of the winner. I only watched the first few episodes of the show, and I have no idea who is Evan. Oh, well.
