Who am I? I've asked my mother but she didn't really know saying that she was to busy the night I was born so she let the neighbors birth me. Actually I love Movies, TV shows and Books. I picked the Carson cover for one simple reason... for 30 years this man played host to stars, regular people and bad jokes (good ones to) and made it all seem simple, easy as pie and also made every guest the important one. Carson was The Class Act of TV Land!

I felt that Stewart did a fine job. Not great but was funny enough. The problem for me this year were the poorly done montage segments. For once they all didn't work.

I was happy with all the results though one could nit-pick on some of the lesser awards like Golden Compass winning.

And hey how bad can an Oscar show be that runs only 18 minutes over? This was one of the shortest Oscars in recent history.

Though I wish they let the winners speak their minds instead of blaring them off stage. It's the hopeful 'freak-out' during their acceptance speech that makes Oscars so unpredictable.
